We describe a " Transaction Manager " as a licensed professional, who takes all of the documentation from the lead agent and helps keep that lead agent organized by strictly staying behind the scenes. They don't communicate with other parties involved with a transaction. Their main objective is to keep the agent organized by uploading all of the documentation to the appropriate place ( Skyslope ). The TM will also be sure that the lead agent gets paid in a timely manner. ( All of the agents on our team have two TM's tracking down their documentation at all times )
