We describe a " Transaction Manager with Listing Specialty " as a licensed professional, who takes all of the documentation from the lead agent and helps keep that lead agent organized by strictly staying behind the scenes. They don't communicate with other parties involved inside a transaction, with the exception of the seller. Their main objective is to keep the agent organized by uploading all of the documentation to the appropriate place ( Skyslope ). They have the ability to create MLS listings and they are able to take all the calls regarding the MLS listing for the lead agent. The TM will also be sure that the lead agent gets paid in a timely manner.
