We describe a "Full Service Transaction Coordinator" as a licensed professional, who is capable of writing offers. Once the deal has been accepted, the TC will take over as the main point of contact from now on! They will be able to communicate with other professionals in our industry ( lenders and real estate attorneys ). They will get all appropriate documentation to all the appropriate parties with a "time is of the essence" mind set. The TC will bring a tactful approach when communicating with the most important person in the transaction: the consumer!
