We describe a " True Transaction Coordinator " as a licensed professional, who takes all of the documentation from the lead agent and helps keep that lead agent organized by strictly staying behind the scenes. They communicate with other parties involved inside a transaction, including the buyer/seller. Their main objective is to keep the agent organized by uploading all of the documentation to the appropriate place ( Skyslope ).  The TM will also be sure that the lead agent gets paid in a timely manner.
